After years of struggling with stress, anxiety, brain fog, and feeling completely disconnected from myself, I decided to take control of my life and heal from the inside out. Along the way, I discovered powerful tools that helped me reconnect with my body, trust my intuition, and live in alignment — and now I use these same practices to help others find inner peace and clarity.

As a registered nurse, certified health coach, and trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, I guide individuals to be proactive in their health, their choices, and their life — creating sustainable change that’s embodied, not just learned.
